At Believe and Think Publishing LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our approach to refunds, returns, and cancellations for all products and services.
1. Digital Products (eBooks)
Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned," all sales of eBooks are final by default. However, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee:
- If you are not satisfied with an eBook purchase, contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@believeandthink.com.
- Provide your order number and a brief reason for the request.
- We will review your request and, if approved, issue a full refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds will not be issued if the digital content has been fully downloaded and there is no technical defect, or if more than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
2. Subscriptions (CreRepEnsar Platform)
For subscription-based access to our ministry tools:
- Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing cycle.
- Annual subscriptions: You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if you have not made significant use of the platform. After 14 days, no refund is available, but your access continues until the end of the subscription period.

3. Physical Books
If you receive a physical book that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
We do not accept returns of undamaged physical books due to a change of mind.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing purchased content, contact us immediately at contact@believeandthink.com. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation:
- Email contact@believeandthink.com with the subject line "Refund Request — Order #[your order number]".
- Include your full name, email address used for purchase, order number, and reason for the request.
- We will respond within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in the suspension of your account. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
